indeed, there's to much people hating this little guy

well for me personally at least i dont hate popplio, i just like the other starters more.

I normally don't really like Popplio's design but this is good, the way you draw him looks less flat and oddly proportioned.

I'm saddened that people don't like this starter. It's actually really cute and has lots of potential.
