Introducing NEON PLUSHIES - a clever play on my username that I've been planning on using for months.
I'll be using this title for any plushie character I design!
This is my first batch of Neon Plushies, there will be more in the future! You know you want to take these cuties home with you. Each one comes with a "fabric swatch" to make the process of adding in the patterned texture easier!
The winner will receive the individual reference file, as well as a transparent, un-watermarked image of the character.

If you win this auction, you MAY:
-Post all the art to your gallery (with proper credit given of course!)
-Decide the character's name
-Decide the character's gender
-Commission pictures of the character or a fursuit of the character, etc.
-Draw them to your hearts content!
-Enjoy it as you would any other character you own!
You MAY NOT:
-Claim the art as your own
-Claim you designed the character
-Use the images for profit in any way (ex. selling prints, stickers, merchandise, etc.)
If you sell or trade:
-You may later trade the design for another character(s) or items
-You may later resell the design for the price you paid
-Reselling the design purely for profit is prohibited.
The exception is if the design comes with additional artwork that you have drawn/commissioned, or a fursuit, etc.

Hmm, yes and no!
No because really they're just plushie characters, and anyone can make plushie characters! I certainly don't hold ownership over that idea.
It's more of a brand name. For example any company can make a pair of jeans, but only Levi can make Levi's jeans. If anyone else made a plushie character and called it a Neon Plushie that would not be okay, because I specifically called them that as a play off of my username. I hope that makes sense! :3
