Kammy was outraged! Not only had her mommy forced her to go to some cub's stupid birthday party, but she also had stuffed Kammy in this ridiculous party dress. Kammy had to admit the watermelon themed dress was adorable, BUT NOT ON HER! Kammy was after all really a teenager, trapped in cub form, and subjected to a toddler's Pretty Princess birthday party. Kammy knew it had been months since she last took her Unicorphexin, the medicine that let her be teen-aged again, and she knew her mind had been slipping younger and younger as time went on, but she wasn't THAT little on the inside yet.

From across the way, the birthday girl spied a girl who didn't look like she was having any fun. She recognized the husky from the TV commercials and was very honored to have a celebrity at her 2nd birthday, but she certainly wasn't happy with a pup who was having no fun... Viken took off her little party hat and snuck over behind Kammy. The kitten decided to startle the puppy, lifting her dress from behind, revealing the ruffliest pair of panties Viken had ever seen!

Kammy feeling her dress lift from behind turned around and was mortified to see a white kitten lifting revealing her padded underpants to the rest of the party. The kitten was stifling a giggle, but couldn't for long, "Hehehehehehehehe! I'm gonna call you 'Ruffle Butt' from now on!"

Kammy rounded on the kitten, tugging her dress back down over her frilly panties, "You little brat! How dare you!"

Viken snickered, "Calm down puppy, we're all pretty princesses today, no matter how ruffly your butt is..."

"Grrrrrr! You little twerp! If you weren't a liddle kid I'd bop you!" Kammy said as she bared her teeth...

Viken looked confused, "Kid? You mean your mommy didn't tell you? We're all adults here... it's my 27th birthday..."

It was Kammy's turn to look confused, "Wh-what do you mean?"

Viken smiled, "It's totally a thing to do now... to have a Regressive birthday party... you know, so you can have the birthday you always wanted, but never got as a kid? We all love that kind of thing here, and your mommy thought it'd be nice for you to be around some other regressed people for a change... but you know if you don't like it... you can go."

Kammy looked around the party... all the cubs were really adults...but they looked like they were having so much fun. Viken smiled, "come on, let go and just have some fun for a little bit ruffle butt... look we have cake!"

Kammy smiled back at Viken, "Alright, but dun call me that no more..."

"How bout 'Ruffle Pup'?"

"No..."

The two enjoyed the rest of their princess day... and many more as well becoming fast friends.
Kammy had finally found someone to help her enjoy her Regressive Tendencies.
