Finally done with another piece of art.
I made the sketch for this one last year, but couldn't seem to finish it. The perspective is extremely challenging... I liked the idea a lot, though, so I saved the sketch, and finished it up. It feels like a personal triumph to complete it, and hopefully shows a bit of progress, too.
Now, I'm looking forward to trying a few exercises that I've been planning, for a while.
Enjoy the art!
Comments and criticism are welcome, as always.

AWWWWWWW YISSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!
Your stuff is so amazing! It's always a pleasure to see your art in my submissions inbox, and totally makes my day! ^.=.^
I love the colors in this piece, especially the dragon. And the background design is pretty gorgeous as well! Those snowy mountains are <3
Your human/dragon interactions are always so awesome. Normally I am not a fan of it in most cases, but there's just something about your style of doing it that makes it great.
The first-person perspective is really interesting this time... Makes me wonder how all those rough scales on the dragon's neck would feel to pat.

Thank you very much.
I'm glad my art could help improve your day.
I used a slightly different method for coloring this piece, too. I'm glad you enjoy the color scheme and concept here.
From books when I was a child, I always liked the idea of dragon riders, and their interaction.
