Man, it had been a long time since I checked my work from my college days and I was fond of Manga Studio from the past. I questioned on why the hell did, I named this character "Cum"? Man, I was stupid enough to realize this horrible mistake until I began to see something different in this character. He was inspired by the Darlek and Doctor Who except he's emerge with the flesh and machine to keep him alive, but a quite bizarre twist when you included it.

Sadly, there have to be a reason behind his design when I questioned if there was a freak accident between the experimentation or what?

This brought me back memories when I got inspiration on what if there was an aftermath involving a Post-Apocalyptic series *cough*"Odd 13"*cough*.
