Here we have a curious fox puzzled with what appears to be a miniature version of itself. The plush is pretty adorable, maybe the big fox will take it home? This piece was done with colored pencil and an acrylic wash background. The weird stuff on the sides isn't part of the art, just my crap photo taking not allowing me to crop stuff out. The objective was to draw a still life object, the stuffed animal, and place it in a peculiar situation. Yeah well, not the most original idea but I thought It would be cute to draw the confusion on an animals face when encountering something so eerily self-reflecting. What would you think if you wondered in and saw a mini plushy version of yourself? Voodoo anyone?


Sorry about being virtually dead the last few months, life has been hectic and busy. I'm working a summer job now so free time for drawing will be limited. Good news is I have one more piece to post before sinking back into oblivion. Its my personal favorite to date.
