Otis Wolver is considered one of the best Legazies to ever come out of Stormwing Peak Academy. After the great shattering caused by the near anihilation of Crescentia´s white dragons he was trusted with the last white dragon egg by the Elder dragon Aromedes Pirus to hide it on the Everwoods Rainforest and watch over him until the day Vyse´s dragon blood would awaken to take him back to Stormwing Valley

- Physical description

As an Otterine, Otis shows traits of both a wolverine and a otter. he wears a greenish blue coat and two pairs of protective bands on his legs and wrists and a thin gold ring (a Legazy´s trademark accessory) on a small string around his neck. He also wears a leather belt he uses to carry a small dragonite iron sword for utility and to defend himself.

Due to injuries during the events that lead to The Shattering, Otis posses scars on his left upperarm, his back and over his left eye reason why he was given the nickname of Scarface

- Personality and traits

Otis Wolver is a tough, brave and stern man. Having served with dedication as a legacy for many years has earned him the respect of most habitants of Stormwing Vallery. While his appearance and cold look might make him appear menacing and self-absorbed, this is just a façade designed to make those that dont know him or only know him by name to not underestimate. He hates to deal with people that don´t take him seriously. He has little patience for teaching, reason why he never had a pupil of his own after he reached the rank of master as a legazy. Hes particulary talented in the fields of stealth and gathering information and subdue enemies.

Deep inside however he is a devoted beast that values friendship and loyalty above all things and his personal duty is with his friends and for Pirus. He cares deeply for his friends and goes greath lengths to ensure their safely even at the risk of his own. His friendship with Avatus Ryujin was the reason why he offered to become the hidden protector of Vyse for all those years until he was old enough to return to Stormwing Valley even at the cost of neglecting his legazy duties for the job of keeping alive the last remaining survivor of an ancient race and son of his dear friend.

If deprived of his blade Otis is still able to use his agility to outmaneuver his oponent and deal devastating wounds with his fangs and claws or create some distance between him and his foe.
