Bio:
Born out of a fling between a high-ranking yakuza enforcer and a prostitute, Chiyo Yukimura was born into a somewhat illicit upbringing - though her father her spoiled handsomely, and doted upon her. Her mother didn’t stick around for her birth, but it never seemed to bother Chiyo - content on living like a princess off of her father’s ill gotten riches. Though despite the crow girl’s spoiled upbringing, she remained strangely kind and humble, but quickly inherited her father’s dry wit, and snarky disposition. Chiyo’s father had hoped she wouldn't follow in his footsteps - especially since she had begun practicing martial arts at a young age, and showed a real knack for it; nevertheless, there was no denying that Chiyo’s father was absolutely proud of his little girl, with some of his fellow yakuza worrying that such a bond began to make him soft.

However, such a life was bound to have consequences when the heat of law enforcement and rival organizations bore down upon the Yukimura’s faction. Not wanting his daughter to end up an orphan, the father robbed from his own employers and hoped to escape to the UTT with his daughter in tow. His employers caught on to his betrayal however, and he was only successful in saving his daughter - having gotten her far away to the UTT.

A burning desire for revenge took hold in Chiyo’s being, and she trained rigorously with various martial arts instructors as well as learning marksmanship. Needing funds for her eventual campaign of vengeance, Chiyo decided to put her skills to good use, and began taking hits at age 14. She returned to Genji(this universe's equivalent of Japan) and systematically liquidated the entire organization that once employed and killed her father.

Soon after, Chiyo was poached for her talents by another yakuza organization, where she would work as a feared and deadly enforcer. Being ingrained within a traditional, male-dominated subculture however, she would always be resented by other members - and had no choice but to constantly watch her own back. After about a decade's worth of service, she quit and attempted to settle down to a life as a simple housewife - though she never quite felt natural in that kind of stable environment; and eventually it would all be ripped away from her. The young punk son of the previous oyabun took charge of the organization, and sought to punish her for leaving by torturing and killing her husband before attempting to kill her. This turned out to be a massive misstep, as it lead to this organization being slaughtered to the nines by Yuki...whereupon she left to become an international freelance assassin.

As a ghost that leaves nothing but the bodies and blood of her marks as evidence, Yuki has attained a mythic reputation known as “Nemesis”. She earned her sanguine moniker by her reputation as contract revenge killer, often preferring to take jobs that relate to avenging a party that has been wronged by the party in question. Though perhaps not the best candidate if one wants a minimal body-count or target innocents, she is fast enough to dodge a bullet, extremely efficient at killing with a pistol and knife, and tends not to leave witnesses. Due to her illustrious record, Nemesis has taken her place as the position of “The Pesilient” among the four greatest assassins in the world.
