Finished version. Same information still applies, but I'll repeat it here since I'll be moving that other one to scraps.
He's a pipe fox, this is his 'human' form. He isn't strong enough to manage arms yet, but.. he tries. XD He is entirely male, but he has internal genitalia.
He wears a red collar because the color red keeps him in this form. When it's taken off he doesn't have enough power to maintain it and he turns back into a tiny pipe fox.

You know how she goes crazy sometimes? I think that the reason why she goes from super cute lolita chick to super crazy "yeeheeehee ah sex yew" chick, is cuz of the smell of cinnamon/the taste of it.

His function is that he was a by-product of some teenage wannabe-sorcerer's spell (which didn't work) and said teenager can only reverse the ill-effects of the spell by catching him and sending him back... but Ten doesn't wanna go yet.

I like the brown-tipped white; it looks really nice. =D And the coloring is nice. Did you do this on OC? Dunno why I think it looks like that, but...kinda does to me. XD; Then again I don't know much about digital stuff...
