.:Just let it go:.
Just a late-night vent art. UwU Don't worry about responding to this, it's more record-keeping for me than anything.
I get so emotional around the hours of 3-6 AM.... Haha...!
Sometimes bad memories and thoughts surface around this time of morning, and a lot of times it makes me wanna just gut my eyes or heart out or something of equivalent damage. It's obviously not the right way to go, but the feeling is still there, and it's draining.
When I was a few years younger, my family didn't quite understand that I had a problem upstairs, which ended up in everyone getting frustrated because they didn't know wth I was doing, and I didn't know wth I could do. I used to blast music through my headphones to try and drown out the terrible things my mind was telling me, and I can't hear very well anymore because it happened so often at the time.
I get like that a lot when I'm just sitting around for too long. I run myself ragged these days so I don't have to sit there and think about what I've done or what I am or was. I think I was happier when I had stuff to do.
But you get tired from all of that, and sometimes that's when it just sinks in and there's nothing you can do but hold your head and curl up and let it have you for a little while, if only because you know that sometimes there's nothing else that can be done.
That's when you know what it truly means to be tired; not from running or doing something worthy of time and effort, but simply when you don't have it in you to think about doing those things or will yourself into getting up and eating.
It's like being burnt out without ever doing anything to cause that.
But for now, I'm just tired. Ready for sleep.
I'll be better in the morning, I just had to get this onto paper (sort of?) to get it out of my head. UvU
Depression does that, but I'm a tough cookie. I'll get through this. Just gotta take a minute to breathe and let it all go.
I'll get back to work in a little while, but until then.
Good night for now, friends. Be safe, happy, and healthy. <3

The middle of the night is always the hardest; when everyone else has gone to sleep and we're alone with our own thoughts. That's when anxiety and panic likes to come out and play havoc with the mind, when there's no one to help push it away.
I hope you can find something that helps you. Finding someone to talk to might be a good idea, or at least having somewhere that you can write things down and get them out of your head. Distractions might be a good idea, too! This stuff is strong, but you can be stronger.
