I started making my own partial sona suit of my Argonian fursona. I started with and finally finished making the tail. The skeleton for it is a pool noodle that I carved into a shape of a spine, wrapped into a foam casing, taped up with duck tape and the skin is glued onto and it's made from upholstery vinyl.

The spikes are made from upholstery foam I carved into triangles that are taped and glued onto the tail and wrapped in the same material as part of the tail.

To make it wearable I took the inspiration from the way make their fursuit tails by putting a back support belt at the end of the tail instead of just elastic to hopefully support the weight of the tail when it's lifted but also reinforce with duck tape and hot glue. Although as a bonus, I think I should be able to feel my tail more earlier.
