a wonderful photo that show the night life or more the atmosphere by night. With my Canon Powershot SX270 is this not possible only with flashlight but so will that photo to bright and so unreal.

It's done with external flash actually. Try lowering the the strength of the flash if it's possible on your camera and use longer exposition time. It will make the light from flash and ambient light mix together.
