Melissa Honeydew, AKA Frost

Powers:
* Rapid one-way manipulation of temperature and moisture.
* Amazing hair combing prowess.

One of the four scientists involved in Subject 4's research at the time of the accident, Dr. Honeydew is a direct elemental opposition of Ms. Brand, AKA "Flame's" abilities. Frost is able to create ice out of thin air at a short range. She has often used her breath to create cold winds that would freeze large objects completely, but she's shown at times that she doesn't need to use her breath to extend the range, she just enjoys how it makes her look.

Often believing herself to be the beauty queen of "The Elementals," researchers theorize that her pension for posture may be holding her back from unlocking greater ability in the field.
