i TOTALLY just discovered how to do it! :'D
what you do, so as to pick up the slight colour 'through' it iz;
-instead of inking the liquid in black, i used a light grey
-marker-coloured straight through that part, the lineart will then be faint but see-able
-and then used abit of white pencil, and white gel-pel, to pick out the highlights over the top! :'D
-you can even go so far as to add contrast 'around' the lineart with a darker shade of the colour behind just to give it that extra step of depth ^_____^;
