Nah really? Those things do have an awful long sonar range it'd be one HUGE blip on it but I seriously doubt it'd take up the whole thing...:P
Well if you wanned to be real badass you could make that sub into a Seawolf (USS Seawolf SSN-21) which is 108m in length so a hand on 54 metres you could translate into the real body length ^^

An under ice or side scan sonar might be able image a finger or two.

You did a good job at the lighting and shading. The only thing I miss is some more movement in her legs.

I think it's a shame you held back on drawing her for such a long time. I understand and respect your decisiosn, but I would have liked to see you develop with her. It's what I like to see the most in artists, progress... ^^

Even so, I'm still glad you're here producing magnificient work like this. Keep 'em coming! ^^

I cant think of what the idea of the sonar because the screen would be full about..well..the top of the sonar anyway =D...but still...another great pic with Esmerald...very cool using the submarine as an object to compare size XD
