well it's classified as the "synthetic pokemon". possibly man made like genesect and mewtwo. also, it seems to be the pseudo-legend imo, considering it's entry on the sun and moon official site, and the fact team skull's enforcer, Gladion, is it's trainer.

i agree!!! i mean just looking at him he's such a mess, and even if he's synthetic like mewtwo or genesect, mewtwo has a pretty intense backstory so!!
