Now finally, the meditative pose. There are many poses you can use in meditation but for now we will teach you one way of meditating. Please refer to other sources for other variations of meditative techniques. Sit on the ground and place your feet together so that your knees are bent outwards. Sit up straight so as not to stress your back. Feel free to use a cushion or a blanket for support. Place your hands together and intertwine your fingers. Now make sure face your thumbs up and rest your hands on your lap. This is called the "Dhyana Mudra" and is the gesture of absolute balance. This will tip the scales of your hard-working life to an equal balance of work and play. And that is as much this guide will teach. Try these techniques out for yourself, and may your life become more balanced and wholesome.
