Sounds like Omega Supreme suffers from a not-too-uncommon virus certain bots suffer from known as "plotconvenientitis". Luckily it's typically not lethal, but sadly it's symptoms are too obviously contrived.

They cram so many characters into this show, half of them without any introduction, that the only way to convey us as having any character at all is by giving us weird verbal tics: Warpath speaks in onomatopoeias, Jazz talks in faux-jive, Seaspray gurgles, Beachcomber sounds like a hippie, Grimlock has poor grammar, Blaster talks 'hip' ... even the Decepticons do it! Shrapnel repeats his last word, Soundwave has his Operation: Get Pizza gimmick, Reflector speaks in unison ...

Optimus Prime: What about giving them actual defined character and motivation, rather than scattered characteristics and gimmicks?
