There have been a lot of examples of Gilrandree when he gets angry (like http://www.furaffinity.net/view/21115418/ or http://www.furaffinity.net/view/12878114/), but there's not really been anything which shows Odon when he's angered.

His anger is a very different thing than Gilrandree's. The beast's anger is white-hot fury, while the serpent's is a cold, calculating destructiveness. This is an excellent example of what happens when you bring the snake to the height of his anger. Suffice it to say, things do not end well.

And yes, he's playing with reality in ways he probably shouldn't. The bit of him in the foreground is more or less "normal" size, based on those birds resting strangely peacefully on his coils, but the parts of him in the distant, aside from being way, way too far away from him for anything reasonable, are also way, way too large. The story behind this is that he constructed a detailed model of the city behind what we see, and his coils are wound around the buildings in that model. Through some dark magic, those coils then reach into the real world as well.
