well, no matter how I look on the outside I'll always be me on the inside, and that's half my problem

I hope you don't mind me asking (or if you would prefer that I note you), but do you tuck? If so, do you use some sort of medical tape or a bandage? Any tips? I'll admit I'm a bit curious about the process. :$
