And we're off, off on the 26th adventure of Westersloe Winterbough, the Fifth of His Name, magick-user and soldier in the service of the King-Emperor of Faerie. Even if, at the moment, he's banished to his estates in far-off Elfhame.
It's right after the events of the conclusion of "Frozen in Fear" (the previous adventure), and there's an issue: winter is coming, and while it may not quite be Westeros-like, it's still shaping up to be a very nasty one in the Vale. The Master of Elfhame, for reasons both official and fursonal, believes it's his duty to look after the residents of Elfhame, be they cervine, lupine or otherwise.
