Evening ladies and gents! Here we have a few of the most dangerous and infamous rodent criminals we've all grown to know and love.
From left to right, we have the greatest criminal mastermind of London, the ambitious liberator from NIMH, and the almighty scourge himself, gathered all together here in a villain's club, probably making a bet and discussing old times with a good drink, getting ready to play night of poker.
Hmmm, I wonder what they could be talking about...? :o

Eventho I have to admit.. I always loved Jenner the most. He was such a plotter and had this awesome wavebladed sword. Ratigan was a bit to crazy and goofy sometimes and Cluny.. well he was the main villain of a children TV-Show.. you weren't really suppossed to take him TAHT seriously. (Book Cluny is a complete diffrent story tho.)
I have to say that both Jenner and Cluny are my top faves. Both in regards to rat villains and any animated villain out there in general.
I personally believe that Jenner turned out great and had a lot of great potential as a villain, though not nearly enough screen-time. We probably could've learned a little bit more about his character than what we already know.
As for Cluny, although I love Cluny both overall and by physical appearance from the TV series, he was better in regards to characters in the books.
I don't think Nelvana really did him justice, but had be been portrayed by Disney or Don Bluth, perhaps he would've been a lot darker; and a better (and scarier) villain in the long run. Somewhat like Jenner if not more. Given that we know Cluny is a terrifying figure to behold, a merciless warlord.
