An idea I've had for some time but haven't been able to get it past the imagination stage. The balloon fairy is kinda like the tooth fairy but he doesn't take anything, he gives balloons to good furs.

His magic wand also makes things go FWOOMPH and look like big balloons when he taps them with it.

He even accidentally taps himself sometimes.
