Yes, at the bottom of my latest journal (it's mostly about Halloween commissions but has an excerpt about all commission notes)--

Unfortunately due to many cases of being left without further payment, or the person 'losing interest' and actually filing a PayPal refund rather than discussing it with me, I always play it safe and request the payment in full. I completely understand where you're coming from though! And of course I would never want to pressure you into going for it just because it would be great for me, y'know?
