Very lovely! The pads look fantastic. For the shape of the toes and claws, I would suggest separating the lines a bit more so that the claws and toes look a bit more like separate things rather than kind blending from one to the other, plus the added line work then shows each toe more individually connected to the lovely pads. There's a cool trick you can do with textures too; put the texture on it's own layer and draw a selection box around it with some feathering, then use "pinch" and "punch" filters to add a 3D effect to the texture. It doesn't have to be dramatic or anything - just a bit of change in size gives a really good illusion of the pads being more three dimensional. :)
