It will be a little difficult for the Headless Horseman to give Bullard an answer considering he's not really capable of talking, though I suppose an annoyed Bullard might not have actually realised that the Horseman is in fact headless yet. I wonder though if it does get into a fight if it might not be pretty much inconclusive if there's not overly much either can do to harm the other, and obviously Ichabod Crane never realised about his lucky escape. I'm guessing as well that Bullard has mellowed out over the last couple of centuries and doesn't go for eating people these day?

I'm not sure if Bullard could hurt the Headless Horseman or if the Headless Horseman can hurt him, unless he cuts Bullard's head clean off, but obviously that didn't happen! And yes Bullard did mellow out over time, he no longer eats humans and he wouldn't want to give them a reason to come after him so he behaves himself a lot more these days.
