That's definitely a Lunar Full Moon Caste with a Moonsilver Grand Daiklave and using the charm Armor Forming Technique...or something really close to that. In second edition, the separated it into two different charms, the first forming dragon-like scales and the second making it moonsilver as well...AND its stackable with worn armor..., reminds me of my character and.... oh sorry, too geeky perhaps? I kinda got carried away.
Close. You're right about the armor charm, but he's actually a no-moon. The rest of the group would swear the reason for that had to be a shortage of moonsilver to fill in his caste mark with though
I just uploaded a couple of other pictures of him in my gallery if you wanna see more of him. One of them is also drawn by
loupgarou like this one.
This reply is half a year late, but better late than never I guess.

A New Moon? Well, even sorcerers run out of spells eventually. I had one that had nothing but combat sorcery and soak charms. He was a small diminutive fennec with a stupid large battle lust., little valor, high conviction, but slowly slipping into the multiple personality flaw. I wanted to roleplay it out over the course of the story. Had I had access to the Infernals book, i definitely would've sent him well on his way to becoming Akuma. He already had a 5 in Solar Bond, a flaw since he was now bound to an Abyssal.
