Here is the "finale" of my 9th Anniversary Dump. Featuring
yellow07's Selva. A gift for my old friend. Fresh off (temporarily) of the Nhizi series, I wanted to experiment with some coloring. Here is the result. I need more time to hone in on my coloring skills, I really want to do more, but time and carpel tunnel is holding me back. I just need more time to practice.

Have to second several other comments here - I first clicked on the thumbnail for this in my inbox without looking at the artist name, and I had assumed it was a model by one of the 3D artists I follow. Your attention to detail on the reflected light bouncing up off the floor and scattering on the underside of the pads is absolutely superb.
I can't recall seeing much coloured work from you before. On this evidence, that's a great shame, because you're obviously very skilled at it indeed.

I must concur with the other people in this thread - when I saw the thumbnail for this in my inbox I had thought it was 3D model of one of the 3D artists I watch. Your thoroughness on the soft reflected lighting on the floor and spreading within the underside of those paw pads is extremely dazzling. I have a serious appreciation for great colored art like this. You did an outstanding job on this no doubt about it.
