Not really a fan of the last word. Just don't like hand cannons or shotguns in the game. Both kinda piss me off in the crucible, I seem to die with one shot, but can't get a kill with a full mag? Sidearms and auto rifles tho I do really well with.

I enjoy hand cannons, but Last Word is a little too inconsistent with the bloom. The trick to hand cannons is range/stability and patience. Go for a Judith-D. Shotguns, though, need to be nerfed the way Fusion Rifles were, and hard. There's no way anything but Chaperone should be able to one-shot at those ranges, all the other ones need to be brought in line with 4th Horseman to balance everything out because the only thing that can do better at a longer range than them is fusion rifles.

Favorite fusion rifle is the telesto, tho for range I love my 1000 yard stare. Neither have served me well in PvP, tho both have been great in PvE. And before you say it I do have the black spindle, it's not bad, I like the range and power, but my 1KYS is quicker on target and has explosive rounds so it packs a punch!

Black Spindle is overrated, don't worry. I'm not one of the year-one players who obsesses with overpowered weapons to do everything. I ran Wrath of the Machine at 358 with a group of guys and all we had to beat it was good communication, teamwork, and the ability to have fun.

If you want a fusion rifle that has some fuckin' range on it, though, I'm grinding Dead Orbit for a Hitchhiker FR4 like I had when I was on PSN for my profile on Xbox. It's an absolutely amazing FR that does more work than Telesto easily. Talking like 3 of the projectiles is enough to drop a Striker, and one burst playing on Playstation was enough to shut down a raging Sunbreaker or a self-reviving Sunsinger.

I'm online now grinding for exotics, need to run kings fall again for a couple more calcified fragments to progress my touch of malice quest.

There actually is a handgun that fires in this configuration. The Mateba Unica-6 Autorevolver is a revolver with the barrel offset to the 6-o'clock position as opposed to the 12-o'clock position to put the recoil more in line with the wrist and allow its semiautomatic function.

Another is the Mateba 2006M, which has even made several appearances in media, such as the Ghost in the Shell series

That still puts the barrel (and cylinder) above the hand. I'm thinking of one that's positioned more like a punch-knife.

I think the Mateba Unica 8 or something is the one that does that. The barrel is in line with the top of the fist and the cylinder is under the barrel. Weird as hell looking...

Yep, the Rhino has barrel on the 6. I never liked the shooting the .357 before that, too much kick and muzzle flip. Damn near no such thing when I shot that Rhino, easily controllable, it was so sweet.

Does it have other calibers though? .357 is kind of overkill for a carry weapon unless you're afraid of bears on unicycles.

their website lists, .357, 40S&W, 9x19, 9x21, and of course you can always just shoot .38's out of a .357

40S&W is what sells it for me... I'll have to get a 60DS in black with a better looking grip.

XD Yeah, it was horrible in year one. One of the most universally hated weapons, but it's just so fun to use.

A .357 (minimum) firing at that close to your face, even with that stance (especially since its a Mateba), he is going to get slide bit.

He's not exactly leaning it against his muzzle, though. It should have about 10cm clearance from his face in that stance, and the Unica's slide doesn't go that far back. Maybe it's the angle of the viewpoint?

That and the significant recoil of a .357

Those close hold stances work best with smaller caliber rounds. With your arms not being straight, they cant take as much of the recoil, leaving it to go through your wrists instead, making it much harder to control.

If my 11 year old can hold on to a .44 mag desert eagle, pretty sure this guy should have this covered even with the awkward stance.

Interesting stance... his master eye is the left? A problem that I am quite aware of as I am very nearsighted in my right eye, which makes my left the master. Makes shooting long arms interesting as I am very right handed. WCJ

Oh, I've got a good one for you. I shoot a rifle right-handed and a pistol left-handed which means that I close a different eye to shoot each weapon.
