Once again, my long-term 'Spring Cleaning' regimen (continuing now in the Fall) has resulted in my finding yet another 'fat furry doodle' from years past. Specifically, this doodle was drawn (in blue ink), on the back of a receipt from a Boca Raton (Florida) tollbooth I was working in - as a 'toll collector' for the FDOT (Florida Department of Transportation), back in the 2000s - during a lull in waiting for cars to pull up into my lane...
Tolstoy the bear has been drawn (by himself and by numerous "FA" members) in many phases of 'fatness' - from slightly bulgy to intergalactic grotesque proportions! And the items that make his big belly swollen range from fish and honey to endless banquets (force-fed into him with a hose)!
That said, I came up something bizarre for the ursine character to ingest: coins! In this case, thousands of dollars worth of quarters! (In retrospect, the weight of all that coinage should've had Tolstoy's belly already dragging on the ground; but I hadn't thought of that when I'd rendered said doodle. Still, I can easily imagine the quarter-filled bear, rattling as he was waddling!)
