A piece commissioned by xchiseaxmargaritax, this was done with a small windfall of money I got in my bank, and a call from Zanthrone for all multis to gather as registered citizens under the banner of king nano99!

Well, Tazel couldn't just be a citizen. Seeing as shi had a penchant for law and order, it only made sense for hir to attain the role of 'High Sheriff of Zanthrone', ruling the city guard in the capital, and ensuring that all fair taxes are paid in full by the registered citizens.

Shi is not greedy like some porkbellied swine who have held sheriff positions before, though. Shi only demands what's fair. But there are those who refuse to pay their due. In the spirit of equity, and hir arqeubus and twin rapiers, the High Sheriff is quick to arrest those who would shirk their duties to the crown.
