For "Throwback Thursday", during my latest 'sweeps month' (November, 2016), I have a very recent digital 'photo-op' from my brother Glenn - taken with the digital camera feature of his smartphone...

During this period between Halloween and Thanksgiving, pumpkins are quite prominent - whether they are made into jack-o-lanterns, cooked as pumpkin pies, or because the added ingredient in everything else (from donuts to the coffee you dunk it in)! In between the two holidays this year was (of course) Election Day, with hundreds of pumpkins decorated to resemble the two main candidate for President...

I have seen various renderings of Donald Trump on the popular orange squash, and my sibling was able to take a snapshot of one memorable pumpkin at a local bar. Besides the face of Trump drawn on it, the artist enhanced it by adding a blonde wig and a cap - whose message spoofs the campaign slogan "Make America Great Again"!

Now I know a lot of you are still trying to get over the 2016 Presidential Election, and whether you had voted for Trump or not, you should take the results with 'a grain of salt'. And besides that, Winter is just around the corner; Hopefully, someone out there will post a 'photo-op' of a Donald Trump snowman (complete with wig and a cap that reads "Make America Frosty Again", or something like that)!

The point is, we Americans must try to maintain our 'sense of humor' for the next four years - even if it means laughing at an animal who looks like a vegetable (and vice versa)!
