I still am fighting depression, and other nightmares.
And decided to do personal art, and feature that dear lady
Kittfur cause I know she needs the TLC as well. Being with someone you care about, doing even little things often can mean a night and day difference between sanity and hell. Often pulling one out of the pit of darkness. And caring sheds light in an otherwise dark world.
From the heart.
Someday...someday.

Good. Please go and smack folks such as the Irish journalist John Waters (ex husband of Sinéad O'Connor), who are pushing a popular new "idea" that depression doesn't exist. I'm sure you heard the narrative before: "It's just an excuse for laziness and selfishness" blah blah blah ad nauseum
Oh man, Rabbi. I hope ya will connect with that one who hugs ya. I was kinda lost, out of it, and had almost given up. I stumbled across one who I hug every day now. It took me some 58+ years. I got my skwirl, and we hug lots. I hope the same for you, and am sure you will find.
Y'know, I was wondering why i was still awake at this hour after working overnight doing inventory last night...i've had maybe 4 hours of sleep XD...but this...this was worth it. ^_^ This is what happens when I randomly pop into FA during a random bout of the brain going 'yes i'm tired butOMG TEH INTERWEBS' lol
*hughughug* Hugs are best things for depression. Sometimes it's not about being with someone physically in an intimate way, but feeling that presence of 'hey, i'm here' in the form of a solid figure nearby that you can lean against...it's amazing what a simple show of support can do.
Just remember to always keep fighting. :)

You know, the late Frank Frazetta got his start working for Al Capp. Frazetta was interviewed about that stage of his career, and he talked about how Capp would just add a few emotional curves and lines, and the piece would just 'pop'.
This one has definitely got that emotional 'pop' that Frazetta was talking about.
