Here's the latest 'photo-op' - taken by my brother Glenn (on his smartphone camera) - for "Throwback Thursday"...
One of my brother's favorite hangouts is Flanigan's - a restaurant/bar chain throughout Florida, that specializes in seafood - and on one visit, he came across a very interesting advertising ploy, in the form of a giant fiberglass statue of a swordfish (mounted on a trailer), found in a Broward County parking lot. (I can easily imagine said trailer, 'sailing' down roads like US 1, State Road 7, University Drive, etc., with the swordfish getting everyone's attention.)
For obvious reasons, I'd bought my sibling a 'gift card' to Flanigan's for Christmas (which he liked, and thanked me profusely for giving it to him)!
