Mount Vernon Cemetery is a large modern yard. The old stones are few, and not in very good condition. This one, with a "female" face signified by the bonnet, is one of a few exceptions.

EDIT(6/12/23): Some of the stones have since been cleaned, including this one (somewhat). So here's an updated pic.
