Better late than never, I guess!

I definitely wanted to do this December Draw, as I really love Pokemon, and I could use this to really push myself out of my recent comfort zone and start confronting some of the art styles and challenges I haven’t touched in years.

So I went into this going “I’m going to try being painterly with the flygon.”

…and then I was like “I should do a full background too, that would be fun”

And then I was like “Oooh, something like a big rocky desert canyon, that would be really awesome.”
