Basic idea behind this is that it is a person in a dilapidated insane asylum run by unbalanced doctors. When you work with insanity for so long the patients behavior begins to bleed into you. This man misbehaved so he had a Happy Mask drilled and strapped to his head with his eyes sewn open to make him appear happy. Look happy and the feeling will follow is the idea.
