Oh my goodness, what an absolutely gorgeous character!! Oh my goodness, I am literally blown away by his originality in his design. He looks like he's got a bit of feline and fish qualities to him? I could be wrong, but wow he is a beauty to behold.

Ia there any more info on this species? Honestly I'd just love to learn about them if there's anything to know!!
