A number of years ago while operating in Canadian territory, the eco-terrorist Tsunami was arrested and captured by Canada's anti-super Arrow teams in response to a number of attacks that had occurred in Canadian waters. In truth Tsunami was not responsible for the attacks that had occurred, CSIS and it's Arrow teams were aware of this while the government wished to move forward and prosecute her in hopes of sending the villainess to White Cage prison.
However instead CSIS worked alongside Tsunami to uncover the truth and defeat the real villains behind this. It was during this time that Tsunami ended up meeting Misha Westfeld, and although things were rocky at first the two of them would eventually form a close relationship. Today, the two girls are no longer together, having gone their separate ways but they still maintain a close friendship and on days like this, sometimes its best to hangout with a close friend and remember the good times you've had together.
