I looked through a lot of pictures of Ospreys in order to find one that I thought would suit a 9x12 oval wooden piece. I really like how this one turned out. Let's hope the people at the auction think so, too. :)

Ospreys are indeed quite awesome.

Have you ever seen one do a full dive? It's quite a spectacle to behold. :)

Actually, I've never seen one in person... mostly just on TV and at the zoo. Kind of sad.. though I have no idea if they are indigenous to this area.
