That sounds like an awesome feeling. The Morrowind setting as a whole is amazing. Really hard to capture that feel - for myself - but sooooooooooo cool. I need to attempt more of it, though. Wonderful stuff.
(also found your art originally through searching for Scrib pictures on DeviantArt, of all things. Nice to loop back around and have you make a Morrowind pic again later on. Much woo!)
And no cliff racers nearby in this pic! That's how you know it's a nice cozy area. hahaha

It really is very distinctive fantasy setting. I honestly always felt it was kind of disappointing seeing how vanilla Oblivion and Skyrim were after, cause Morrowind has such a unique feel ioi
I was actually contemplating adding a cliff racer in there but was like NO I THINK THE WORLD HAS HAD ENOUGH OF THOSE, LETS LEAVE HER IN PEACE.

Oh, I completely agree on that, too. Morrowind was rough and rugged, and wildly unique. Had entirely unique creatures to the world (minus rats), entirely unique plants, really unique culture and looks to buildings and stuff, even. And then Oblivion game out and had a whole bunch of real life animals and creatures, and really vanilla fantasy monsters, and a bunch of real plants and stuff, and lost so much of that creative spirit Morrowind had.
Skyrim did better than Oblivion, but that was clearing a pretty low bar, for me. hahaha
Good call on the cliff racer - I'm sure the character appreciates that! Hahaha
