Secretary of the defense of the Umbras. Tawi is pretty much Kuru's bitch assistant. He's in charge when his boss isn't around.
He shares the same views as her towards smaller beings but is more chill in general. He still consider them inferior, but tolerates them. Though that doesn't make much difference since he has to do pretty much anything Kuru orders him to.
