As greedy, feral dragonesses go, there are a few key differences between the typical fabled dragons of olde and this beast. Firstly that Kiri cares nothing for gold and jewels that would nurture a heavy coat of scales, totally lacking them and instead sporting a smooth, shiny, amphibian style hide holding back dozens of feet of blubber, insulating and protecting her on every side.

Without the need to fly, her skeletal and muscle structure can be exponentially sturdier than that of her airborne cousins, allowing her good mobility even on soft ground and leaving her still capable of leaping or dashing forward quickly with frightening speed for a creature her size.

She is buoyant in water and has been known to travel extremely long distances on a slow burn of her tremendous fat reserves in search of new sources of food.

Kiri rarely sullies her claws with any sort of hunting, simply preferring to catch her prey unaware and smoosh them under the immense weight of her stomach. Which isn't to say she isn't a nuisance to others - she can regularly consume the harvest of entire nations single mawedly and is only really interested in the sensation of a filling, growing stomach above all else. Since size = prestige in the dragon world she is always on the lookout for a mate who can help stuff her to even greater sizes and fullness.
