Laughing jacks are sorta demonic entities that don't have any sight, so click to find their way around. They can get a glowy in their fake eye sockets. They are very vocal and, like hyenas and laughing kookaburras , they sound like they're laughing.
There are no strict rules around the species. Do what you like with 'em.
