It may be his outfit for the rave or concerts but this is his Vocaloid inspired outfit, i have a feeling that Summer is near so i draw this for the early reason, somehow summer is my favorite season where all people are having fun in beaches, resorts and pools with the bright sun shining in midday.

Outfit Description
Deriving the name of the outfit as "Musical White Summer", the outfit consists of a black and cyan choker on his neck, white sleeveless crop top with cyan buttons, he has black arm bands on his both upper arms and wrists and it emits cyan pulsing LEDs on it when he plays music by Bluetooth, white short skirt with black transparent skirt made of special fabric that embeds the cyan pulsing leds on the sheer fabric of the skirt, and finally wear white boots with black cuffs on the calves and cyan heels and soles.

The bands on his upper arms and calves as well as the sheer fabric under his white skirt choker and the cyan heels on his boots only lights up and glows and it even pulses to the sound and beat of the music via bluetooth on his phone or even in concerts.
