Generally a happy-go-lucky kind of villain. He’s always smiling, laughing when he thinks appropriate, and is rarely known for changing his facial expression in any way. A deceptive personality to his firm, authoritative grip over his underlings.

History:
Very little is known about Slang Van Puller that is worth noting. Rumors say he’s a demon brought into the world by use of shadowmancing—altered moves used to benefit the user in some way beyond battle—and that he himself uses shadowmancing to possess his pawns. He has a distinct preference for the seven capital vices – sins acted out by ‘mon indirectly against Arceus. He currently is scouting Viridian City for his new fighters, seven in all, each of whom he will hold responsible for a vice.

-Shadowmancing – Altered moves used to benefit the user in some way beyond battle. Slang Van Puller has the ability of giving each of his fighters one Shadow Magic move. Slang Van Puller’s Spirit Move is his Destiny Bond, which he uses to bond to a certain vice within his fighter’s personality, allowing him to control them and transform them accordingly for their purpose as his puppet.
