Chapter 2: Innocence and Betrayal
We're back with a new full episode! Moats will be crossed! Alliances will be tested! More people will be regressed in age! And many, many pairs of pants will be lost. No seriously.
A moment of silence for the many pairs of pants that fell in the line of duty to make this regression story a thing. By the end of this chapter there will be only one pair left, and they won't make it out of the next. But hey, it's not a proper Calex story game if the entire cast doesn't wind up naked by the end!
In this episode our explorers try to breach the walls of the temple by getting past a moat and then entering one of two gates. They'll have to choose to either play a game all about betrayal or sacrifice a large portion o their age to skip the game.
And then of course there's the audience participation! Remember anyone who is not currently playing in the game may vote in the comments on who they think should win the Vampire's Kiss Award and the Purity Shield Award to help them out in the next chapter! Just post in the comments below who you want to get the prizes! You can vote one person for each prize.
Also, special announcement to players! Confessionals are now open! What are confessionals? Well they are an opportunity for your characters to talk to the audience in private! Basically you send me a note with what you want your person to say and I'll include it in the next chapter or update to get posted. Please note unless specified otherwise your characters are not aware of what other characters say in confessionals. For that reason you should never act in character on anything heard in them and if you try I will bop you on the nose with a newspaper.
