There, Blind Eye was trained how to fight while being blind, and after many years of training...this big rat boy is ready! Blind Eye weilds THREE UCHIGATANAS - Two by hand, and one by tail! He'll chop you up like fresh pieces of meat ready to be grilled. Plus, there's possibly a good reason why he had bandages wrapped around his face. I mean, they kinda act like glasses to him.
