Actually a wide blend, but I use an aggressive mix since I still have a while to go before I can retire. In 2000-2001 I lost over 50% of my 401K. 2008-2009 I lost under 40%. I've had two transfers between companies within the corporation I work for, so I've been able to pull most of my money out of there and roll it over to an outside financial firm. They stopped the hemoraging of my account and are already turning a profit with it. I figure in about two-three years I'll have the value back up to what it was at the start of '08.

Wow. Reminds me of our statements. Mine wasn't so bad as I kept a sizeable fraction in ING and out of the market. Only lost about $600.
