Ooooh.
This is a mix between Skitty and Jolteon... Hard to tell huh?
I did not want to do an "obvious" hybrid, i wanted to give it a dash of "orginality" too.
He came out as one evil motherfucker..! I like the neat lightning effect i managed to watertool in, also i had to sneak in some leafes similar to those i used in my previous submission. Leafes ROCKS!
